Terms of Service — Borchani

These Terms of Service govern access to Borchani’s public website and Borchani software services. Read them before using the service. By using a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Questions about these Terms may be sent to support@borchani.com. Additional terms shown during registration, checkout, or use of a specific feature may apply to that feature; if they conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms control for that feature.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for it. You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account except where the law provides otherwise.

What Borchani provides

Borchani offers tools for creating and refining web applications. Features, supported integrations, usage limits, and availability may change. Public website descriptions are informational; the specific features and limits available to you are those shown in the product or plan you choose. We may perform maintenance or change the service to address security, reliability, legal, or technical needs. We will provide notice of material changes when appropriate.

AI-generated material can be incomplete, inaccurate, insecure, or similar to material generated for others. Review and test code, dependencies, licenses, accessibility, privacy behavior, and security before using or deploying it. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on generated output and for compliance with laws applicable to your own application.

Your content and generated output

You retain any rights you have in prompts, files, code, and other content you submit. You grant Borchani a limited right to host, process, transmit, and display that content as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and support the service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights or the law. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use the output generated for your account. These Terms do not transfer ownership of third-party software, models, or open-source components included in an output; their applicable licenses continue to apply.

Do not submit highly sensitive data unless the relevant product workflow expressly supports it and you understand the applicable data practices. Public website browsing does not submit a workspace prompt. Contact us if you need information about data handling for a particular feature.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate the law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; evade usage limits; or misrepresent generated content as verified where that would mislead others. Do not use automated traffic that degrades the site or service. We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access when reasonably needed to protect people, the service, or legal compliance. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address a problem.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Prices, billing periods, included usage, taxes, and any renewal terms are shown before you complete a purchase. A paid plan renews only if the checkout terms clearly say it does and you authorize it. Charges are processed by the payment provider identified at checkout; the public website does not ask you to enter a payment card into its pages. You can manage a subscription through the available account controls or contact support@borchani.com for cancellation help. Cancellation stops future renewals as described at checkout; access to paid features may continue through the paid period. If a refund, trial, or promotional term applies, it must be disclosed with the offer. Applicable statutory refund and cancellation rights are not limited by these Terms.

Intellectual property and feedback

Borchani and its licensors retain rights in the website, service, branding, and underlying software, excluding your content and rights expressly granted to you. You may use the service only as these Terms and applicable law permit. If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow us to consider and use them to improve the service without a duty to compensate you, while you retain ownership of any underlying material you own.

The website and service may link to or integrate with third-party sites, hosting providers, model providers, repositories, or payment services. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply when you choose to use them. Borchani does not control third-party sites or guarantee their content, availability, or security. Check the terms of any integration before connecting an account or deploying code through it.

Suspension and ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, nonpayment, a security risk, or a legal requirement. When feasible, we will give notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable issue. Ending access does not automatically erase obligations or records that must continue for billing, disputes, security, or legal compliance. For questions about exporting or deleting content, contact support and review the information available in your account.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or that generated output will be accurate, secure, or fit for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Borchani is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Disputes and applicable law

Contact support@borchani.com first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly. Applicable law and the courts available to you depend on your location and mandatory consumer protections. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to bring a claim in court. They do not remove rights that local law makes non-waivable.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, website, or email when appropriate. Changes do not retroactively alter a completed purchase unless law or your agreement permits it. Borchani was founded April 5, 2026.
